• • Subscription fees are displayed at the time of signup and renewal.

• • Users must register an account with accurate personal and business details (name, email, phone number).
• • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and preventing unauthorized access.

• • By linking an Instagram account, users authorize Sellogram to fetch posts, images, and, captions via Meta’s Graph API to create product listings.).
• • Users can disconnect Instagram at any time from their account settings.
• • Sellogram does not modify or delete Instagram content.

• • Sellogram uses AI to automatically suggest product descriptions based on Instagram post captions and images.
• • Users must review and approve all AI-generated descriptions before listing products.
• • Sellogram is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

• • Users must connect their own PayPal or Razorpay account to receive payments.
• • Sellogram does not process payments—all funds go directly to the seller’s connected payment provider.
• • Users are solely responsible for handling

To maintain platform integrity, Sellogram monitors buyer disputes and complaints. If a user’s dispute rate is excessive, Sellogram may:

• Temporarily suspend the account for review.
• Restrict or disable specific features.
• Terminate the account permanently if issues persist.

Sellogram’s decision on account suspension or termination is final and non-negotiable.

Users may NOT use Sellogram to:
❌ Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
❌ Engage in fraudulent or misleading marketing.
❌ Upload content that violates copyrights or trademarks.
❌ Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to manipulate store data.

Sellogram reserves the right to:

• • Modify, update, or discontinue certain features at any time.
• • Notify users of major changes impacting their accounts.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time.

Sellogram may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• • Violating these Terms.
• • Engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activities
• • Accumulating excessive buyer disputes

• • Sellogram provides services "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service.
• • We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or customer success.
• • Sellogram is not liable for failed transactions, disputes, or product-related issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellogram is not liable for:

• ❌ Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages from using the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sellogram, its employees, and affiliates against:

• • Legal issues due tomisuse of Instagram dataor copyright violations.

Sellogram may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

Continued use of Sellogram after updates means you accept the revised Terms
